<description><![CDATA[Urban Ground was designed to celebrate delicious food, craft spirits and a connected community. The ever-evolving space in the Mordialloc industrial area is home to Saint Felix Distillery, Bowl&#39;d cafe and a pet-friendly, kid-friendly open-air beer garden and food truck park. Tidon Constructions worked alongside Breathe Architecture, to bring the clients vision to life while retaining and preserving the existing industrial buildings. The project included a commercial restaurant fit-out, fully operational distillery and construction of a large alfresco dining area.

But nothing worthwhile ever comes easy and the result speaks for itself. The luxury residence features huge 3.6m ceilings, double glazed commercial windows and doors, concrete bench tops, spotted gum flooring and a master bedroom wing. The travertine facade and timber clad exterior enable this &#39;home among the gum trees&#39; to blend into its surrounds.
